It 's time to change
by dr. Sergio Signori
Change what? The World. Actually, in practice, practice. It is already happening, but make little noise (remember the wonderful phrase "a tree falling makes a great noise, which grows a forest makes no noise"). And 'the topic of the new, extraordinary book B. Lipton, a shift from individual to collective dimension, is a loving invitation and decided to wake up, all together, we now have all the means to do so.
Two examples: they are not theories, not assumptions, they are not dreams, they are facts.
2nd Global Peace Meditation and Prayer Day. World of Change May 18, 2008. Around the Planet, Sunday, May 18, several groups of people gathered to meditate together for peace and harmony on earth. In Italy in the community of Ananda Assisi, about 300 people gathered to share the silence that lies at the deepest part of man and leads him into the dimension of planetary consciousness. Present the initiative, Prof. Ervin Laszlo, a philosopher of science, Nobel prize nominee for Peace and President of the Club of Budapest International. E 'was also carried out a scientific experiment, coordinated by dr. Nitamo Montecucco, professor at the University of Milan and Siena. The observation provides for the application of a series of electrodes on the heads of some meditators and connected to an electroencephalograph, Assisi and some others at the Global Village of Bagni di Lucca. The coherence between the brains of the two groups is the objective evidence of a collective consciousness that connects individuals beyond the space-time and any distinction of race or gender. In contemporary meditations were held in all centers Ananda, in Italy and Europe, and the Ananda communities in India and the United States. After the surprising results of the first Global Meditation Day that was attended by a million people in all five continents, humanity has met again to raise the planetary consciousness. The true and lasting peace can only come from an evolution of consciousness, just as Gandhi reminds us in his famous motto: "Be the change you want to see in the world."
One million children (yes, one million!) Met on 11 December 2010 at the Buddhist temple in Thailand Dhammakaya to meditate together to change the world and to take the commitment to be a day when they grow up, the virtuous leaders.
An unprecedented event for the moral and spiritual rebirth of all men!

Now one may ask: beyond good intentions, which can produce real effects these events? For example carry another historical fact.
June 1, 1999 - A study published in the journal Social Studies Social Indicators Researchshows one of the most extraordinary social experiments ever undertaken. The researchers had anticipated that the influence produced by a group of people who practiced Transcendental Meditation of Maharishi and his advanced techniques (you sit with your eyes closed morning and evening ed) would result in a reduction of 10 to 20% of crimes violent character inWashington during a period of 8 weeks in the summer of 1993. The results showed that the rate of violent crimes - which included assaults, murders and rapes - decreased by 23% during the experimental period, which ran from June 7 to July 30. The demonstration project brought together some 4,000 people who practice Transcendental Meditation and TM-Sidhi Programme from 81 different nations. The experiment has been rigorously tested by 27 members of the audit committee of the project, consisting of independent scientists, public figures and leaders who had approved the research protocol and monitored the research process. The possibility that this result is random is less than two in a billion. The results are based on a field effect of consciousness.
We want to use resources like this (not necessarily this one), by peaceful means, non-violent, even "comfortable", rather than relying on battles, marches, demonstrations, protests, claims, ie, instead of going "against" what we want to change?
All of the current science, neuroscience, quantum physics say without a shadow of doubt thatwe are all interconnected: not mystical, not metaphorically, not philosophically, really.
E 'has been proven that our thoughts shape what happens, thanks to the known effect "hundredth monkey" when enough people (critical mass) change the way of thinking (or goes into a state of consciousness that transcend the thought) the 'effect is propagatedautomatically to other people.
'S time to draw conclusions, and to change thoughts and behaviors.
Good awakening to all: we are creating a new world.
